I am so excited to have you here! I know going to a new salon can be a little scary, especially if you don't know what to expect. I'm here to give you a little more information so your first visit will be seamless and as comfortable as possible!
How to Schedule an Appointment- If you aren't sure what to schedule, go to my "contact page" and fill out the form on the page to let me know what you are looking for. I can help you figure out what to book from there!
Email & Text Notifications-You'll receive a digital confirmation 5 days before your appointment and a reminder 48 hours before your visit
Your First Appointment
Parking- There is LOTS of parking around. You are welcome to park right on the street in front of the salon or there is plenty of parking in the alley behind the building.
When you arrive-Come right on in. I will meet you at the door to get you checked in for your appointment.
Your Consultation- I want you to love your hair, so I'm going to ask you a lot of questions about its history, your lifestyle & your hair goals. Pictures are always encouraged, so let me see all the screenshots and Pinterest boards! Also-showing a couple of looks you want to avoid is just as important as the looks you want to acheive.
Keeping Everyone Healthy
Only guests receiving services are allowed in the salon. A child receiving services may be accompanied by one parent, guardian or caretaker.
If you are experiencing any flu like symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, nausea or loss of taste or smell OR if you are waiting for text results, have tested positive or been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 rescheduling your appointment is required and no cancellation fee will be required. Thank you for your understanding
Cancellation & Rescheduling- In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to all guests, I require 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Canceling or rescheduling an appointment with less than 24-hour notice will result in a $25 per service cancellation fee, due before a new appointment may be scheduled.
Adjustments and Product Exchanges- I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut and color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit within 30 days of your initial purchase.
